Meet your perfect companion for injection work with the WIWA Inject HD 1. This compact and robust pneumatic injection unit, is designed to handle low viscosity epoxy or polyurethane resins with ease. Its portable nature allows for effortless transportation, making it suitable for work in various locations, whether it’s from scaffolds, in shafts, or tunnels.
The WIWA Inject HD 1 comes with a 7.5 m (24.6 ft.) high-pressure injection hose, complete with an injection lance and coupling. Additionally, it features a feed funnel with a capacity of approximately 1.5 liters (3 pints) of injection resin, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations. The entire pump is securely mounted on a sturdy frame.
Operating with a pressure ratio of 33:1, this equipment offers a maximum free-flow output of 3 liters per minute, delivering efficient results in various injection applications. The injection pressure is freely adjustable, allowing for precise control over the injection process.
One of the standout features of the WIWA Inject HD 1 is its motor signaling mechanism. While in operation, the motor sound indicates the injection process’s progress, and as soon as the motor stops, the hole is filled, ensuring accuracy and preventing overfilling.
The advantage of air-driven piston pumps over electric-driven diaphragm pumps is evident in the WIWA Inject HD 1. With its air motor stopping when each hole is full, it significantly reduces wear and eliminates thermal reactions caused by pumping resin from one container to another. This feature prevents a shorter pot life due to increased resin temperature, ensuring consistent and top-quality resin results.
With a gross weight of 8kg, the WIWA Inject HD 1 remains highly portable and easy to maneuver during operations. Its hopper capacity of 1.5 liters provides ample space for injection resin, reducing downtime for refilling.
