Local Pickup, Shipping and Returns Policy

The Local Pickup option is available for customers who can pick up their orders from our North Shore Branch at 14G Vega Place, Mairangi Bay, Auckland. Once you have placed your order, we will pick out the items for you and contact you once they are ready for collection. There is no extra cost for this service.

Most products advertised as ‘In Stock’ are despatched within 24 hrs.

 

For urgent deliveries, the order needs to be placed before the cut-off time (usually 3:00pm Mon-Fri). Large items that require freight, dangerous goods and items delivered to rural address typically take an additional 1 – 2 days to be delivered.

Our shipping costs vary based on the item(s) being shipped and the destination.

Products may be accepted for return within 14 days of date of supply, in its original packaging in shop condition, with proof of purchase.

Goods must be returned, at the buyer’s expense, with proof of purchase. Upon acceptance of the return, the buyer will be issued with a store credit for the full amount of the purchase price paid, excluding freight. The resulting credit may be used to offset the cost of any future purchase. No cash refund will be given.

Goods sold on clearance, special offer, close out, made-to-order, non-stocked items, direct import or purchases W A Stroud Ltd specifically nominate as “non-returnable”.

Returned goods will need to be delivered to the North Shore Warehouse:

14G Vega Place, Rosedale, Auckland, 0632.

If your item is faulty on delivery, we will likely replace it or refund it at no charge. All our brand name products come with their own manufacturer’s warranties.
