Binks Air Assisted Airless Spray Tips

Achieve a soft spray atomization and a fine finish with Binks®™ air-assisted airless groove spray tips. Designed for use with air-assisted airless gun models AA1500M, AA1600M, AA4400M,  AA4400A, AA1600, and AA4400 these tips offer a wide range of spray patterns and orifice combinations when used with the appropriate air-assisted airless paint filters.

By applying spray coating at lower pressures than traditional airless setups, these tips reduce wear and tear on your air-assisted airless spray equipment. They also minimize excessive bounce back of the spray coating, resulting in less maintenance and clean-up. With pre-atomizer options for both standard and fine finishes, you can find the right paint spray tip for all your fluid handling needs.
