DeVilbiss Advance HD spray guns are commonly used by automotive, industrial & polyurethane applicators because of the wide range of available needle, nozzle and air cap configurations. No other gun in the market place can be individually configured for specific applications like the DeVilbiss Advance HD spray gun.

Choosing the correct fluid nozzle & fluid needle –
Please ensure that you choose the correct fluid tip and needle that matches the air cap you have. All DeVilbiss Advance HD spray guns are compatible with these fluid nozzles, fluid needles and air caps. Please refer to the product technical manual.
When replacing any fluid nozzle or fluid needle, replace both at the same time. Torque to 9-11Nm. Do not over tighten the fluid nozzle and use SN-28 10mm spanner supplied with the gun and check with a torque wrench.
