Gun versions for each application

GA04

Standard automatic gun with rear connection for injector or pump technology. Used e.g. as fixed gun in automatic booth systems.

GA04-X

Quick color change gun with rear connection for injector or pump technology. Typically used for reciprocating guns in automatic booth systems.

GA04-E

Extreme robust and wear-resistant enamel gun version for maximum coating efficiency.

SuperCorona

Each gun version can be equipped with a SuperCorona. SuperCorona reduces the free ions and avoids the orange peel effect when thicker coatings and high quality surfaces are required. SuperCorona is highly suitable for the application of textured powder applications, helps to reduce the picture frame effect and to build a consistent powder thickness.

Robot Gun version GA04-R

Flexible and compact robot gun design with angle mount and adjustable gun bracket design is optimized for any robot application. The gun increases application possibilities thanks to a flexible fixture that can be rotated from -90° to +90° in 15° increments and allows near-contour coating. The robot gun is very easy to integrate into any robot application system. The Gema Powder Coating GA04-R solution allows to save money and to increase the productivity of the coating line. The gun is suitable for organic powder and enamel applications and operation with injector or SIT dense phase pump technology. Nozzle extensions complement the robot gun allowing even the coating of hard-to-reach areas.
