The WIWA FLEXIMIX GX PFP is a cutting-edge, multi-component system designed for passive fire protection, delivering exceptional coverage with high layer thicknesses and a precisely adjustable mixing ratio.

The FLEXIMIX GX PFP ensures accurate mixing through weight- or volume-based operation, making ratio adjustments quick and efficient. This saves time and material by eliminating the need for costly rework. With a radar sensor, the material levels are continuously monitored and displayed in real time for easy management.

Built for mobility, this high-performance unit comes mounted on a forklift-compatible frame with hose holders and crane lugs, allowing it to be effortlessly transported to various locations. For added versatility, a mobile rack extension is also available.

Equipped with an Omron PLC, the system provides full data monitoring, including spraying pressure, temperature, mixing ratios, and consumption. All key system parameters are displayed on a user-friendly interface that simplifies operation and can be mastered quickly.

The FLEXIMIX GX PFP is pre-equipped with five heating circuits to ensure optimal performance: components A and B, pressure vessels A and B, and the hose package. With powerful 4 kW tubular heaters directly warming the pressure vessels, heat-up times are reduced, and temperature control remains precise. The system can also be expanded with additional fluid heaters for specific needs, and its large material cross-sections minimize pressure loss, resulting in even higher output.

For projects requiring alternating 2K fire protection materials, the FLEXIMIX GX PFP excels with its electronic control system, allowing rapid adjustments to mixing ratios in seconds.
