  • Strictly while stocks last. No rain checks or back orders under any circumstances.

  • No back orders. Only items physically in stock at the time of order are available.

  • A sale is only confirmed once items have been dispatched.

  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders for products that are out of stock.

  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. No credit accounts or deferred payment options are available.

  • No returns or refunds for change of mind on liquidation sale items.

  • All sales are final except where required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described.

  • In-stock items usually ship within 24 hours during business days.

  • Free pickup is available from our North Shore warehouse:
    Strouds, 14G Vega Place, Rosedale, North Shore, Auckland.

  • Customers will be contacted once their order is ready for collection.

  • All products are covered by standard manufacturer warranties only, where applicable.

  • Discounts apply to sale stock only and cannot be combined with any other offers.
