Shipping, Pickup & Returns

Here’s a quick guide to how our shipping, pickups and returns work.

Shipping

  1. Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).
  2. Orders placed before 3pm usually go out same day.
  3. Rural, dangerous goods or bulky freight may take an extra 1–2 days.
  4. If you need something urgently, get in touch at orders@strouds.co.nz or 09 479 8860.

Local Pickup

  1. You can collect your order from our North Shore branch at:  14G Vega Place, Rosedale, North Shore, Auckland.
  2. We’ll contact you when your order is ready.
  3. There’s no extra cost for pickup.

Returns (Unused Items)

  1. You can return unused items within 14 days of purchase.
  2. Items must be in original packaging and unused.
  3. Proof of purchase is required.
  4. We’ll give you store credit (not a cash refund).
  5. You’ll need to cover return freight costs.
  6. Some items are non-returnable (e.g. clearance, made-to-order, special buys).

Warranty or Faulty Items

  1. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within 2 days.
  2. Contact orders@strouds.co.nz or 09 479 8860.
  3. Most items are covered by manufacturer warranties.
