Shipping, Pickup & Returns
Here’s a quick guide to how our shipping, pickups and returns work.
Shipping
- Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).
- Orders placed before 3pm usually go out same day.
- Rural, dangerous goods or bulky freight may take an extra 1–2 days.
- If you need something urgently, get in touch at orders@strouds.co.nz or 09 479 8860.
Local Pickup
- You can collect your order from our North Shore branch at: 14G Vega Place, Rosedale, North Shore, Auckland.
- We’ll contact you when your order is ready.
- There’s no extra cost for pickup.
Returns (Unused Items)
- You can return unused items within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be in original packaging and unused.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- We’ll give you store credit (not a cash refund).
- You’ll need to cover return freight costs.
- Some items are non-returnable (e.g. clearance, made-to-order, special buys).

Warranty or Faulty Items
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within 2 days.

- Most items are covered by manufacturer warranties.
