The OptiFlex Pro B keeps things simple, clean and fast. Powder is transported straight from the original box, and the tilted vibrating base ensures complete emptying—right down to the last gram. With integrated fluidisation and a scratch-resistant, easy-access box plate, your colour changes become shorter, cleaner and far less disruptive.

OptiFlow Injector

A cartridge-based venturi design that improves transport efficiency, reduces wear and supports fast colour changes with fewer parts. Powder flow rates up to 450 g/min (depending on hose setup), quick-release connections and a non-stick cartridge sleeve make maintenance straightforward.

Smart connectivity with the Electrostatic App

Gema’s Electrostatic App (E-App) offers live visibility of your coating parameters, productivity data, maintenance insights, setup details and manuals—all in one place.
